Teaching and Lecturing @ Quilt Festival 2014

I just got back from teaching and lecturing in Houston, at the 40th International Quilt Festival. I returned home  last week, and it seems as though it was yesterday. It was so great to see old friends, meet new friends, and re-new friendships.

Booth at the Southern California Council of Quilt Guilds-2014

This April my daughter and I attended the Southern California Council of Quilt Guilds presentation of Meet the Teacher. It was a fabulous event, where guild members were introduced to perspective teachers.

boothpic4Each teacher had a table, set up with their samples and teaching information. It was great to be there, especially with Gwen, as she helped so much!

This past weekend my daughter and I attended the Southern California Council of Quilt Guilds presentation of Meet the Teachers.

Here I am with some of the class samples, and wearing one of my wearable art vests.

It was a fabulous event, where guild members were introduced to perspective teachers. Each teacher had a table, set up with their samples and teaching information.
